I first called Aktiv 9 years ago for a washing machine repair. It was’nt worth repairing as it had seen better days but I was able to use Mike’s expertise in recommending a new and more reliable Bosch model. 9 years on, delighted with the performance and durability of this recommended model - without any need for a callout during that time- I finally had to see about a change of carbon brushes and I did’nt hesitate calling Mike from Aktiv - reliable, quick turnaround of appointment slot, no-nonsense and knows his stuff! Thanks again Mike for coming to the rescue.
