Absolutely worthless. My wife and I have called 20 times in the last week and have had zero phone calls answered. Our ballots are now 3 weeks late and still have not been mailed after being requested in late August. What an absolute embarrassment to our County and to Ohio. We helped my grandmother get her mail in ballot in FL, the process took a 2 minute phone call and her ballot was at her house in 3 days from that phone call. Summit is really pathetic at how embarrassing they have handled distributing their absentee ballots. Absolutely night and day between Ohio and Florida in how simple and easy it is to vote. We should all be embarrassed at how archaic our system is in Ohio.

The early voting line was a little long but moved quickly. Everyone working there was friendly and the whole process was easy. Thanks!

If the government was really all about the vote, the board of elections would be open past regular business hours so that the workers could go to early vote after work or on Saturday. SMH

Website is pretty easy to navigate, but reaching someone on the phone is difficult and the woman I just spoke to about my ballot status was incredibly rude to me for no reason.
