Liked the hamburger and fries, very tasty. But the large Concrete was another story. The ad says it is so thick it can be turned upside down. I got it instead of a milk shake since I like thick shakes. But my concrete was like a cross between chocolate milk and a thin milk shake. Thinner than any milkshake I've ever had in my life. Not thick in the least. Turning it upside down would have caused it all to spill out on the floor like milk. Very disappointed in what was an expensive dessert.

*update* I got the response below and filled out the review, which was requested. I actually got a CALL from the local franchise owner/manager, and she was so receptive to input and genuinely wanting to make sure they were able to deliver everything as promised. I'm beyond impressed with how they handled the situation. And I really do love their burgers and custard (I wont eat McDonalds or Burger King), so I'm glad I can continue to feel good about going here. They really want to make the customer happy, and thats HUGE to me. *original review* Food is ok, if you get an employee that cares (don’t get your hopes up on getting one that wears a mask right though). I’ve had a good experience, but my last one was not. I placed an order on the app, and I waited 10 minutes at the “mobile pick up” (because the sign said they’d bring it out) before going in, and was told they had mistaken it for a delivery. So once I got my lukewarm food home, I realized my orders were completely wrong. Good luck! It’s a gamble.
Wore masks below noses, no cleaning or glove changes between car, food was COLD and the veggiburger was in pieces. Tge bun was stale. The guy sweeping the floor went back to the grill without changing gloves. Didn't eat the food. It didn't look good when I got home. The fries were cold....not even sure they were cooked. Long line. Sign stated the food is cooked to order it should have been hot. First and last trip.
great food! the california burger is my favorite off of their menu. an employee noticed a man walked in without his mask on, and politely asked him to put a mask on. when the man refused, the employee provided him with a mask and continued to serve food. such a wonderful staff!
Good food, fair pricing. The fries are so tiny but really good with a large portion. Only 3 stars because they were out of the vanilla custard AND peanut butter. The whole reason we came was to try that peanut butter crunch thing we seen advertised.. so we ended up leaving without trying any custard.. disappointed. May try again in the future but on a Monday when the truck comes apparently. Update: we gave it another go & now I'm lowering from 3 stars down to 1. To spare a lot of negative details I'll just add a photo. Our order was really messed up. There's just no wow factor I guess.
