I really regret trying Aki sushi! I ordered 4 different types of sushi. When I got there, they made one types of sushi 4 times. I explained. They got annoyed and didn’t even apologize! So I was standing there waiting for them to make the other three plates. Then I told the female cashier that I’ll wait outside to be safe. I was waiting for a long time outside but no one came out to tell me the food is ready. So I went inside to tell them that I have to wait in the car. It turned out the food was ready for a long time! They could see me waiting outside by the door! But they are too lazy to let me know the food is ready! When I grabbed the to go box, the woman got upset and yelled, “No no! That’s not your food!” Then they gave me another bag with a lot of attitude! I have never experienced this level of customer service! So rude!!!!!!

Our favorite sushi restaurant in Dallas. We've been coming here for 10 years and have always loved it. Aki Sushi has the best miso soup; it tastes beautiful and home made. The sushi is perfectly delicious and the fish is always fresh. There is something about their ginger that tastes amazing too. We always get an extra bowl of it when we come here. Don't forget their egg rolls - so light and delicious! Folks, this is a gem of a place, family run with wonderful service, and always satisfying.
This place is great! The scallop volcano rolls are incredible and the staff is so sweet :-)
Great sushi and the BOGO rolls for lunch have kept me coming here for years.
One of my all time favorite Sushi places. It is family owned and run. The service and food are great!! You have to go for the great prices on their lunch deals!
