A beautiful brewery with friendly staff, located quite close to Tsurugajo castle. You can taste up to 5 varieties of nihonshu. I found them generally on the sweeter and heavier side, but there was a good range of styles using uncommon varieties of rice, which was interesting. Worth stopping in if in the area.
We tasted their Sake this year, last year was a lot lot fresher!!
