The oldest, most authentic calisson and sweet maker in Aix. Worth a visit just for the beautifully decorated building and warm welcome from the very friendly staff. But taste the chocolates, candied fruit, and other goodies and you wont be disappointed. All hand made with traditional methods to very high standards. In the summer they make the best artisanal ice cream in Aix. A must if you want to visit and taste the real Provence.

Belle boutique avec une dame charmante, qui vous fait découvrir la fabrication des calissons d'Aix !! Sur réservation, stage trouvé dans une box offerte.... Génial. A faire. Puis vous dégustez et emportez votre travail. Très belle idée !!!!

Superbe boutique aixoise où tout le savoir-faire du fabricant de calissons d'Aix et confiseur Léonard Parli est resté intact depuis 1874 ! Les produits sont mis en valeur par les explications avisées des vendeuses dont l'accueil est toujours charmant. La visite du lieu vaut le détour tant les murs sont chargés d'histoire.
