We had a fantastic experience when our newly purchased Mini (from another dealer) had some issues after 2 weeks of driving. Although, the first dealer advised our warranty didn't cover the fault/s, Bayern Mini lobbied successfully for the first dealer to cover the costs of the repair and hire car for two weeks under goodwill. Great service and support, especially for us as expats who do not speak French - will definitely use Bayern Mini again!! Merci!

Terrible service. Better: NO service! I was able to arrive here after an engine failure yesterday evening. Left the car for 8 hours, after have advised the mechanic I had to leave to come back home tomorrow morning (I come from Italy). Called twice this morning and they told \we call you back as soon as the mechanic checks your car\......NONE called! Went there this evening to have news.....and the answer is \we are busy and we probably can check your car by the end of the week\............... WHAT???!!! This is an emergency! I come from abroad and asked for a check, because I don't know if my car can carry me to Italy or not. NO CHECK......! i'M NOT AT HOME AND i REALLY NEED HELP. Really the worst service I had ever found in my life. BMW service??! Is this one? I really wonder if I made a good choice buying this car. Terrible service. Never go there! (and just 1 guy who speaks english.....nobody else)

Very Bad service. I had a problem with my Mini while I was travelling for work to Provence, they took 7 days to tell me what the problem was, while I had to re organize my trip back. they asked me 110 euros for the diagnosis, and it was wrong (we found out after taking the car back with a car-track). Furthermore, the quotation to fix the car they gave us was DOUBLE the price we spent elsewhere. VERY BAD SERVICE, RUDE PEOPLE, OVEPRICED

Je ferai fi de mon histoire similaire aux autres avis et je fus victime également de la fameuse proposition indécente à 240 pour un diagnostic en n'oubliant pas d'ajouter 17 de désinfection du véhicule. Bref on ne se refuse rien chez BMW. Je suis un passionné de voiture et là je dois avouer que je tombe des nues. je rêvais de m'acheter une BMW depuis ma tentre enfance et maintenant je rêve de revendre ma BMW au plus vite. A Bon entendeur salut. Messieurs les constructeurs de voitures sachez que la renommée d'une marque ne se mesure pas à son prix mais a l'émotion qu'elle procure à ces utilisateurs. Et là c'est pas gagné honte à vous...
