Allen was amazing! My car wouldn't start at all, and he came to my apartment within 1.5 hours of me calling him (on a Saturday). He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed both my battery and starter, and got my car up and running in a few hours. He explained everything he was doing and I felt comfortable knowing that he wasn't ripping me off. He was super helpful and super friendly, and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be using his service in the future!

This man actually ripped me off. He showed up late, didn't have any tools, couldn't do anything but asked for an hour's worth of pay. Please don't ever considerhim for help.
Alan is the owners name and he's the freakin' man! I had an emergent need to get my break pads done on a Sunday. Somehow I got lucky and stubbled upon AIS business phone. I called him up explained the situation and he was at my house in 30 minutes. Before he started it began to rain. He was quick, friendly, fair, and honest (Everything you can't find from a mechanic these days) Alan didn't shy away from doing the job and for that I am very grateful. I ended up being more than happy and even gave him a tip, something I never though I would do when dealing with a mechanic. I strongly encourage you guys and gals giving him a call. You won't regret it.
