Great spot that really isn’t hard to find. Simply follow the road, the tire ruts will lead you there. There are occasional orange trail markers on the trees. Once you reach the outhouse on the left, there’s a Hocking Hills sign showing this spot is “L”. Walk past the old fence (you’ll see the path on the left of the fence, to the right of the sign) and follow the trail. For an alternate view, take the trail to the right when you’re almost to the rock (you’ll see a big fallen tree, go over or around that) and you’ll come out on a different outcrop and you’ll be able to see the sheer cliff face of Airplane Rock to your left.

We found a parking lot for Airplane rock but never found the rock, no signs pointing it out. We did follow a horse trail and found 21 Horse Cave which was nice. Very hard walk to get to the bottom of the cliff.
Found a different lot Thought it may have been much closer. But conkle's hollow proved to be closer And also much better, from here its all road if u stay on trail.
Stay on the gravel/dirt road and follow the orange markings on the trees all the way to the wooden fence.
