I was in the shop today I bought 2 PlayStation 4 games I got the new Call of Duty as they nowhere his is out of stock when I was in the shop I was say to him I was interested on getting the Nintendo switch and he said to me was a new one coming out on the 12th of February so he said to me if you're interested I'll place an order for you yet he kept his word and he got his one in he phone me up which was good so we got a couple of games and he gives us a good deal which I think is only fair if you are buying stuff from him he will give you a good discount so if you're loyal to him he'll be loyal to you it's like this a small company's need the business and like I say I think I'll be going back to him if he didn't have it he will have in the next day for you what can you ask for that's good that he want the business more say now when it's a hard time. I took in my son's Nintendo switch to get the charging port replaced which they did but in putting it back together the snapped the display connector. They claimed they never even opened the switch and deny all knowledge. I took it elsewhere and it was them who confirmed the damage game xp had done. When I went to the shop they said to phone trading standards and that it's my word against theirs and that I can't prove it was them who snapped the display connector. Kept contradicting himself and told me to write all the bad reviews I want as he just hides them. Absolute scummy behaviour and now I'm out of pocket for a new switch as the one he damaged is irreparable. Please avoid
