We have been using Air Options to service our 2 air conditioning / heating units for the past couple of years and they are great
like
We use air options both for installation and for maintenance of our air con units. Their organisation is excellent and the engineers are always very polite and helpful - would highly recommend!
Communication were very good, and the price was very competitive! We had other enigneers coming to give a quote for the work which was 3 times higher! Engineers provided a very professional service and answered questions I had. All in all very happy and would use again next time! Thank you
The company’s customer service is excellent, from booking to the engineers, whenever we had a problem with the AC Bethany would do her best to get an engineer out to the office ASAP. The engineers who came to our office were polite, professional at all times. Overall I am happy with the company that’s why I gave 5*
The service from this company is excellent, from booking in the service with Bethany to the engineers coming on site (sorry guys I cannot remember your names). The engineers arrived on time were polite, professional and friendly at all times. They made sure I knew exactly what they where doing and gave me a verbal report before leaving site. Bethany was very helpful after as well, I had a few questions and after sending an email she called me to go through everything which was so much nicer than just receiving an email back, over all I am so glad I chose this company to service our office AC system.
