On the main road (Aigburth Road), with car park - free. Excellent location, very safe area. The order can only happen through the phone. The chippy is always empty, but the waiting time is sometimes over 1.5 hrs even more. If they say it's 15 mins to collect, definitely won't start cooking your food just after you arrived... They communication skills of the staff is extremely poor, and most of the time they speak only on their own language in front of the customers - usually just whispering. They never give you a straight answer regarding the order, they always asking for more time. Food is a different level. My favourite dish is the salt and pepper chips and ribs with curry sauce. Actually this is the only dish I order from this shop. The curry is spicy, like the ribs and the chips, they're using real chilly what is a huge plus! The chips is well done, as the ribs. Tasty! Apart from the negative impact of the communication and extremely long waiting time I only can recommend them, even if just giving a try. With a tiny little improvement could make it the best chippy - at least in the Dingle-Aigburth area...

The reason folks have to wait so long is because it's such a good chippy so, naturally, they get more customers! Just ring in advance & pick it up when it's ready - WELL worth it! There was a few weeks last year (i think?) when it closed for a bit - my friends and I were in bits worrying it would be shut for good! NEVER had bad food from them
