We were doing a bit of a beer tour in London County and decided to have dinner here on the way back. I read an article in an old Washingtonian Magazine and thought we should try. My wife made the reservation, as it was my birthday. They initially offered us this loan table across the street. We just didn’t want it, it felt too far away and thought our service would suffer, esp. the food temperatures as it would have to be carried, etc. We would have preferred the other outdoor table but we were told it was reserved for a wine dinner. Okay, we took the table just inside and next to the hostess stand by the front door. It caused a bit of an unwelcome welcoming... they were none too pleased. Especially when I took the photos below. Both tables were empty throughout our stay - from our arrival until our departure. The server was very helpful and they tripped over themselves trying to “make it right” but that just meant we had two people asking us for bread, water, drinks each doing it on top and without knowledge of the other who was already getting them. It was odd. The food was good - not exceptional, but good. The hit dishes of the evening was the Brussels sprouts appetizer (pic 3) and the orange dream-sickle dessert, sorry no pic, we ate it too quickly! They did give me a small note and sparkling candle on my dessert (which they provided complimentarily.)

Food was good and clean tasting. Drinks amazing by Erin & Phil, I told them my flavor profile and they nailed it. To make a drink from scratch that is not on the menu is hard and they did great! Great service and they let me tailor my grilled oysters :)

Hi!!! I’m Xavier and I’m writing this review on behalf of my Uncle Joe and Aunt Laura who live 3.6 miles from your awesome Ramen establishment. I’m in Houston Texas and myself along with his other nephew Victor having been conversing on text throughout this pandemic sharing food pics all day long with other memorable photos!!!! I would like to say the take out food he pick up from you guys looks amazing!!!!!! Thank you for keeping them happy through their stomachs!!!!!
