It is very clean and aesthetic restaurant with proper seating and a nice environment. Open seating is also available. The food is a bit on expensive side but you get the full value for your money. We had mutton and chicken for lunch with butter naan . The food was amazing and was served in less time than expected . The staff was very cooperative and informative but still could use some improvement on the knowledge of dishes. The toilets were clean and hygienic and properly maintained. The only problem was parking , we had to park some 500m away and then walk to the restaurant . Overall a grt premium restaurant.

Kashmir cuisine at it's best in this 103 year old restaurant. Loved the mutton dishes. Avoid the Kashmiri Nan as it costs Rs 200 per Nan. The sag was great and the lotus stem dish too. Chicken dishes are very good too. It has a bakery on ground floor, very expensive but nice pastries.
A landmark in Srinagar, with old world charm. Food is pretty traditional, some what like Kareem's in Delhi. Staff is pretty warm, the food quite average. Good place for meetings, business lunch. Had a nice little coffee shop downstairs that serves some of the best bakery stuff in town.
I am writing this review sitting in another restaurant after just eating at Ahdoos. I had to visit another restaurant because the serving size at Ahdoos is extremely small. The taste was average. I understand restaurants charging high prices but the portion size should should be decent. In short it was disappointing. Service was average too, waited a lot for something so small I'd suggest eating at Linz Cafe and Restaurant instead, it's nearby and the food tastes amazing.
This is one of the most famous restaurant for some really good wazwaan, the cosine of Kashmir. The place is well appointed and has a outdoor too. Though it was shut when we visited in Dec. The place has comfortable seating and very nice staff. Now coming to food. There isn’t a single dish that I didn’t like. Each one of it is a masterpiece and made with lot of work and that shows in the taste. If you are here you must try the rista, meth Maas and the kebabs and Rogan josh of course. One visit is not enough to try all the things and you can add it 2/3 time in your itinerary and you won’t be disappointed!!!!
The place has always something historic to remind me of. No match can match the quality of the food this magnificent restaurant provides. Love everything at this place.
We visited this place like 2 years ago. It was buzzing with both locals and tourists. In Downtown Srinagar. Good Food Good Ambience Polite & respectful staff. One of the the must visit places when in Srinagar.
This place is good for families and they have been able to preserve the taste. It is definitely recommended to give a try. I remember going there with my Dad when it was a simple wooden structure. One star less for the music they play. It is loud sometimes and irritating.
