We hiked from Manarola to Groppo and stopped for a taste. What a beautiful space and incredible wine. Definitely try the Sciacchetra
Nice wines and friendly service. Incredible spot at the top of the hill- they could make more of the view though!
We had a lovely wine tasting and snacks here. We tasted 4 wines and they were all great. The wine prices are excellent and affordable. We also bought some Pesto Rosso, best we've had. Definitely worth a visit.
WINE TOUR: Despite what it advertises this tour does not cater for English speaking guests. Nibbles included some crips and breadsticks only and 3 small tastings of wine poured without explanation. The views are lacking, which is a rarity for the area. For any tourists looking to expand their wine knowledge and gain an understanding of the area’s famous wine making methods, this is not the place for you. There are many better options for far cheaper almost anywhere. While it doesn’t seem this is a direct tourist trap, the tour delivered barely resembles that described.
