If you're thinking of getting a job here please don't. The worst company In the world they are so unprofessional. You get told its 3 weeks training in the classroom then you're sat with a buddy for 2 weeks before you're left on your own to handle calls. Well that was not the case at all after one week you're on the phone on your own with hardly any managers around to help you and no script and when you ask for help you're ignored. Do not even bother applying absolutely horrendous!
