I have worked with Agincare for almost a year and it’s an absolute pleasure to work with such a great team. Every staff member is amazing, nothing is ever to much for the girls in the office and always there to help whether it be a question/concern you have or to cover a shift, I’m a mother of four, with one child having health Issues my boss and everyone else in office are always understanding, I adore the clients we care for and can safely say I made the right decision to work for this outstanding company
I have worked for Agincare for 6 years and has always felt appreciated. I have also had the opportunity to expand my understanding and knowledge in the care sector by completing NVQ's. The office staff are very welcoming and my line manager is very fair and understanding.
These wonderful girls helped my husband through his darkest days. They brought love and laughter to this home for nearly a year. I will always be grateful to them.
I have worked for agincare for nearly 2 years and it is hand on heart the best job I've ever had I love my job and wouldn't want to do anything else I have such a good bond with our clients ,their families, and my co-workers our office staff are amazing and our boss is always fair I have quite tricky working availibilities due to having children and this has never been treated as an issue and has always been worked into the Rota without question without doubt the happiest I've ever been in a job
