This place is just awful age UK London street Norwich the manager is an absolute bully. This individual had been in a position of management in the past, it was clear that she and her friends where running the place to suit them self. Ironically the last manger and the now manager clashed. Sadly this type of character is attracted to where one finds frail and vulnerable people.
