Exceeded expectations in every category. Check in was a breeze, room was a nice size and very clean and upscale. Ordered room service and it was delivered hot, in no time at all. Tasty club sandwich and crisp fries. The room was quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The towels were plentiful, water hot, pressure great, and everything was spotless. Bed comfortable. Valet attendants very nice as well as hotel staff. I can't wait to return!

Great Afgan food in LA. It's a well hidden gem. Mantu was filled with spiced ground meat and topped with lentil and yogurt, which was very interesting and yummy. Bread was crunch on one side and chewy on the other side. Potato pancakes were unique and hot, which I dipped in the cream/yogurt like concoction. Kabobs, chicken and beef, were all excellent. The ground beef kabobs were very different from any I had anywhere else. It was like pan fried hamburger patties that was actually crunchy on the outside. Delicious. The best dishes here were actually the desserts. The rose ice cream was very fragrant and quite good. The pudding was homemade and excellent. The chai was prepared well. The workers were friendly even though they were short handed and very busy. I loved the artworks hanging on the walls, both inside and outside.

I live so close & never recognized this place until a friend of mine ordered half of their menu and brought it over for Oscar Night & it made quiet an impact. Their pumpkin, fish and meat dishes tastes very different than anything else I normally eat, so it's a great special treat. I am not the biggest fan of the atmosphere and probably only ate at their location 3-4 times over the last years but man do I love their take out!

Fantastic food! Got the potato bolani as appetizer and lamb and chicken combination plate. Definitely recommend both.
