Not responsible at all. They do not respect clients. Government supports them to help people by they do not feel responsible. I was in rush and called them twice to extend my work permit but they did not help. Very very bad service

I have called several times to get just review the applications ,every time they told me they will call me back they didn’t ,I tried to reach them with Email ,again she never called. It worst place I’ll never call and for help , I wish I could to 0 Star .
