My Mac arrived in 2 days. I'm literally in disbelief at how amazing the condition is! You wouldn't know it was previously owned and at a fraction of the price of a new Macbook pro. Top job guys I'll be recommending you to anyone I know who's looking for one. 6 stars!

Bought laptop last spring and it arrived very quickly! It works great and is as advertised. I put only three stars as since the very beginning, the battery on full charge lasts only about an hour which for a Macbook Air is just really not on... I contacted customer service and got an email back saying the battery isn't under warranty and I should empty the battery in full every time I use it before charging again. Which I always do with all my devices anyways but alas, it does not help. I will have to have another battery put in as I travel a lot and I need a laptop that I can use for more than an hour. Still a great price for a working Macbook but wish I had known about battery
Excellent customer service. Nick was on the ball straight away with guidance and support. Goods received in good time and in great conditions. Any queries addresses immediately, even over the weekend! Will recommend for sure!
