I wish I had more than 5 stars. We have customers for many years and would only buy from Rita and Andy. They provide good sound advice rather than just a sales pitch. Prompt replies, professional service - all round great customer service. Don't go anywhere else!
We purchased a hot tub from affinity spas. They were extremely helpful, gave honest & professional advice and found the tub best suited to our needs. They even arranged disposal of our old one ahead of installation which required a crane to remove/install. Several years on, they have serviced the tub and replaced filters for us whilst also being on hand at all times with any queries. When the time ever comes to replace our tub, we will definitely return to them. A wonderful genuinely helpful company - Rita in particular goes out of her way to help. Highly highly recommended.
We have been using Andy & Rita for approximately 10 years, and there is no-one else I would trust with such a luxurious item. They are so knowledgeable about the products they sell, nothing is too much trouble and they really do take the time to look after you. I couldn’t recommend them enough and certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Rita and Andy have looked after my parents hot tub for many years. It still runs as well as the day they sold it to them. They are both so knowledgeable and if we ever have a problem they are always on hand to answer a question or offer some guidance. Could not recommend them highly enough
