At last, a caravan dealer you can really trust! We had an excellent experience when we bought our caravan and it would be easy to write a review based on that. The true test for a good dealer is how they react when something goes wrong. Through no fault of the dealer our caravan had a major fault. The whole issue was rectified in a friendly, non-confrontational manner. We did not have to argue to get the result we felt we deserved. We feel aggrieved that the manufacturer, Elddis, were not more helpful and that ALV may potentially lose out because they were prepared to look after their customer. Massive thanks to Mr Hold and his team.

From our first meeting with the team at AVL we were impressed by the personal service, depth of knowledge and experience about the ERIBA range. We were helped with choosing the right solution for us, and led carefully how everything worked when collecting our 530 Adventure. Despite delays from ERIBA due to COVID, we were kept up to date on progress. Thank you Michael and all for your care and attention - we are delighted with our purchase and eagerly awaiting the re-opening of sites.
Having experienced numerous issues with batteries/solar panel ALV squeezed us in at short notice and arranged replacements. They know their way around an Airstream! Professional service all round. Thank you!
A \Can Do\ organisation. Adventure Leisure is a very rare company in the caravanning world. No matter what you ask of them you never hear \Oh we can't do that\ or \I don't know\ or \That will take at least 3 months\. They always say what they can do, not what they can't. The staff are a pleasure to deal with either face to face or over the phone. Extremely knowledgeable. Their standard customer service level is what all dealers should aspire to reach, but rarely do. Buy with confidence in the knowledgeable that their after sales service is the best in their sector.
Dear Michael, Just a short over due note to say how delighted Gilly and I are with the T@B 400. We may all be locked down still but it hasn't stopped us getting away every weekend (to the garden) since you very kindly delivered it. We're getting use to our new second home and looking forward to the day when we can hit the road. In the meantime we're getting some practise in for the May bank holiday 'Campout' in support of the NHS. It's been a pleasure doing business with you and we appreciate the time you gave us at ALV in March.
