Cannot be bothered to deal with enquiries professionally, so do you really want to leave your computer with them? How exactly do you expect to contact themwhen you need it back? Avoid.

Did a fabulous job with my PC after it lost all power. There was a time I could not get through by telephone but it was explained they were busy, but they ended up saving me a fortune in new parts by diagnosing and fixing a bios fault. Hugely grateful and would strongly recommend to others.
