Adorable tots is by far the best baby shop I have been to. Conrad and Vicky was really welcoming and was patient and talked us through everything. They made it enjoyable for me and my husband. Conrad knew everything about every product in his store and it really showed how passionate he was to give you the best experience. Having a baby is an exciting time and the store added to that excitement and made the whole shopping experience so personal. I wouldn’t want to spend my money anywhere else. Thank you again for such a great experience. I will definitely be recommending o all my friends and family.

Adorable Tots is the only place you need to shop at for all your baby needs. They literally have everything and if they don’t, Conrad and his team will do their best to get it for you. They are priced better than all of their competitors and don’t try to rip you off or sell you anything you don’t need. Conrad knew our budget and how I work in Qatar so he picked out items that suited the climate best. It wasn’t about trying to sell the most expensive items - he just wanted to help. In the end we bought a full pram set, air bedside crib, airline travel set bag and various other items. I compared the total price to other places and Adorable Tots were cheaper by a mile!
During COVID Adorable Tots were the only shop around Rochdale and Bury which answered the phone and was very helpful from the outset. They provided useful advice and their customer service was excellent. When we visited the shop the staff provided a demonstration of the products we purchased and ensured we understood how to use them. Would highly recommend.
I would definitely recommend Adorable Tots after a fantastic experience. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable and really helpful. They have a great selection of products available in the shop and there is always someone to answer any questions and show you how things work. Nothing is too much trouble. Great service and a lovely showroom too.
Excellent service would recommend Adorable Tots to all expectant mums. Lovely good quality range of products. I have just collected all my bits this morning and Mollie took the time to go through everything once again with my car seat and isofix base, nothing seems to much. Both Mollie and the owner was so helpful and friendly. This is my first child and as you can imagine things can be overwhelming. The wealth of knowledge shared not only on my first visit but today put me at ease. Thankyou for all your help, much appreciated Emma
