Adkins Property Group

We had a excellent experience with Paul. Thanks to him we got our dream house on our estate. He was always honest and it’s just so lovely to talk to someone, who knows what he is doing. He responds really fast at any time of the day. He gives his heart and soul with each conversation/sale. The whole sale process was straight forward, thanks to Paul. If we were to sell our house, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

First time selling and buying at the same time, Paul and the team were confident, reassuring and realistic every step of the way and coincidently handled both sale & purchase. A spot on valuation and brochure made up, even deciding to come back another day to get better photos. A slick website and listings on Rightmove generated a good amount of interest and viewings even in the run up to Christmas. Paul gave a balanced level of contact, checked in with feedback from each viewing and provided all the information we needed. A professional service, really couldn't have asked for more.

Such a great company, wish I went with Adkins from the start. This is the best estate agent in the area that I have dealt with / the best agent in general. They are always so polite and accommodating, they make you feel like you’re their only customer. It’s such quick replies and there is no such thing as a stupid question. They’ve gone above and beyond for me, im only renting at the moment, but if i was to buy a property I would only use this great company.
