Awful, awful, awful. My mother comes home crying every time because of the way they treat her! Rude and disgustingly disrespectful workers that do not even bother to help or even LISTEN to you. Its a shame for Luxembourg to still keep supporting this agency. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible location. No parking, very busy so take your time. Adem people don't take you serious. It's a shame the way they work. Could be so more Pro active. Wasting alot of government money. Could have been organized heaps more effective.

Patronising, rude, arrogant staff. I agree with many of the other reviewers have said. There's very little sympathy or support. Redundancy is rife.
