My new varifocal glasses, when they arrived, did not improve my vision with regards to computer work. Vision Express where quite willing to have the lenses redone. While in the process of doing this they were mislaid. Vision Express replaced the lost glasses and gave me a second pair for the computer, at no addition cost. The customer service is excellent and the manager could not do enough to help.

I would be here all day writing a review but I'll just say, if you have any respect for your dignity and eyes go elsewhere... anywhere else. If you can't go elsewhere, go blind because that's a far better resolve than what this place can offer. In a nutshell, cancelled appointment on arrival (was told by front of house that the optometrist had called in sick due to pregnancy morning sickness which she had been suffering a lot with allegedly - yes, this confidential information was disclosed to me - and I was told I should have got a text/call to cancel - I did not, though conveniently received every other text update from them), front of house not understanding the pricing structure or anything for that matter both over the phone and in person, small selection of frames, having to reiterate to staff members what I was there for for them to still get it wrong, the rudest, most condescending optometrist I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have lived all over the UK and overseas and make no hesitation in saying I have NEVER received such horrible service in any sector. Clearly on some kind of strange medical power trip and no level of customer service/sales training in the slightest (incorrectly presuming I did not want to spend money with them, so spoke to me like a child, didn't have the knowledge or decency to ask me what it was I wanted and did not provide the service that I was told by front of house to go in for). Complaint made to head office. Do NOT waste your time. You have been warned.
