Can do better! It takes time for the engineers to do the job accurately it's a complex machine I understand how they get delayed or get held up. I'm sure they make every effort to serve the customers as quickly as possible but with matters of lift... It can get stressful if it is not fixed right away this the company needs to understand as well. Good luck with your work.

Shockingly bad service. There are two main lifts in my building and they are both Schindler. They both service 34 floors and they have been breaking down ever since we moved in. One of of them has been down for four weeks and now going to be extended for a further 7 weeks. Do you know what its like to constantly have to use the stairs in a building of 44 floors? Besides the inability to fix your own lifts timely, the residents of this building have had to suffer through breakdowns every other month for the last 9 years. Do not buy a Schindler lift or use their maintenance service. They are horrific.
Live in a block of flats with a schindler lift. Awful reliability. Rare that a month goes by without an issue with the lift. Last month it was out of action for 3 weeks until they fixed it only for it to break down again 2 days later. How is this embarrassing company still in operation?
Engineer M Farmer attended site and had us up and running swiftly, even explained possible cause and effect of the fault and suggested options to stop it reoccurrence.
If you live where a Schindler lift is installed, then you are in for a lot of disappointment. Lift where I live has been out of commission for over 6 weeks. It has only been installed for under a year and has had two mechanical breakdowns. Avoid any place which has these lifts.
