Great community to be a part of. They support many local real estate events as well host lots of education and training classes beneficial from beginner to veteran. My company has used their software to acquire over a dozen properties that have either been flipped or kept in our portfolio as rentals. Highly recommend.
Do not sign up with this company. I did the 1 monthly trial and after a few days I was no longer interested. I sent an email to Juan Carlos and he responded that he would make note of that. However they kept sending me DocuSign emails to sign a document after Juan Carlos said he would document that I'm no longer interested. It's obvious that this company has no structure! Now they've sent me an invoice after I've cancelled. If you're thinking about signing up with this company, think again.
