I couldn't be more impressed! Jeff with Crown Audio/Video took it upon himself to help restore and clean my dad's 1960's McIntosh MAC 1500 receiver and donating KLH speakers as my dad was battling COVID19. My father unfortunately passed away, but one of the last memories we have of him being thrilled was seeing and hearing the exceptional work that went into this project. I'm positive that music helps the healing process, and now my mom will always be connected to him through this beautiful gift. We absolutely cannot thank the team at Crown Audio/Video enough, and they'll have customers for life now!
Thanks Chris for owning up and showing up. Dealing with issues is the most important thing management can do. Thanks for making things right. Original Quite possibly one of the worst experiences in my career. We have a completely unworkable video conference system at the office. They actually want to charge us now for labor on a system that they cannot get right. Do NOT use this group for commercial installations. They don't know what they are doing.
Workmanship was good. We were moving from DFW to SAT. Contract clearly stated they were to provide all cabling needs, but I had to have an electrician run conduit and set up the space so it was easier for their techs to install. We ran into multiple scheduling issues. I had to pay extra because when they showed up we had to turn them away because the time wasn't conducive to our move-in schedule, but they offered no discount for either their two scheduling issues (tried to install in the office we were moving out of and missing our deadline to install). 5-star for quality, 1-star for service and not living up to their own contract.
