I was a tenant with Adamson Lettings for a number of years and have lived in a few different properties managed by them. They have always been very professional and helpful. If there were any issues with a property then it was sorted out promptly and efficiently. They by far have the best customer service out of all the lettings agents that I have used in the past. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

We were tenants of a property managed by Sue and her team for 3 1/2 years. We had no issues and Sue dealt with everything to our satisfaction. All inspections and requests for services were dealt with promptly and with a great deal of professionalism. Communication was well managed and at the end of our tenancy Sue dealt with our handover and return of our security deposit most efficiently. Really great management company. Sue is really responsive and professional and the communication by email is almost real time. Deposit released in less than 1 day time. I couldn't ask more. Each issue has been fixed right after (new washing machine, new hob and bathroom leakeage).
