I purchased a hall stair and hall carpet over two years ago and it is dreadful I am still getting fluff off the carpet so much so that the vacuum has to be emptied every time it has shaded very badly. There is only two adults in the house and I would dread to see what it would look like if a family was treading on it it doe not get heavy traffic on it and we remove our shoes. I had an Axminster carpet for over 20 years with a young family and it looked better than this one does now. Would not buy again.

Excellent, well made carpet. And the fact it’s dyed, tufted and finished in Kidderminster makes it all the better. Quality always speaks for itself and the carpet products on sale from Adams certainly ‘tick all the boxes’!
Bought carpets supplied by Adams when questioning quality I was sent their sales rep SIMON who agreed with me to my face re the issue of fluffing but correspondence received after he left my house contradicted this. I was offered another visit 6 months later by Simon but given that he had already visited I’m unsure why another was required .... unless he had forgotten the first visit ??? From a service perspective I would give zero stars but this isn’t an option. I have never received an answer as to why I was told one thing and given correspondence that contradicted this.... Painful ....
I didn't hate it. It's a carpet factory and it has all the atmosphere and ambience of a factory.
