The Service Manager Tim Bouclier doesn't return emails. An email shows up on his screen and he makes a deliberate decision not to answer it, how rude. He thinks you are not worth the time to even respond. He cost the dealership thousands of dollars in business. I don't know why he is still employed by them. This is the kind of people they hire. The service techs are not helpful. I took a ride with one of them trying to diagnose an issue and he acted as if I was wasting his time and wasn't interested in helping.

Terrific experience here, and I say that as a person who has leased over a dozen luxury vehicles over the past 20 years. Initiated the conversation on a 2020 MDX online, and then had a great visit in person. Asked for a couple of options on a lease, got them back quickly, and was not heavily pressured to close that day. Closed the deal a day later at a great price/rate including the addition of roof rails and crossbars into the lease with ease -- picked it up on the weekend to close out an end-to-end positive experience with Mike and Steve. My girlfriend and I felt like we made two new friends -- not like we dealt with salespeople. Being that I am in sales myself, that's my top compliment for others in my field.
