Can't rate Mark and his Company high enough. He is knowledgeable about all makes of mobility scooters, friendly and cares about his customers needs. We found ourselves in the position where we needed either a better suited wheel chair or a mobility scooter for our daughter and really didn't know where to start and came across Mark's business whilst on Holiday just up the road from his premises. Mark talked us through the options and even lent us a scooter for our daughter to try out, now how many businesses or people would do that for you nowadays. Needless to say we purchased the scooter from Mark and now my daughter has a bit more independence to do things on her own. If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgable and completely honest guy to help with your mobility needs/repairs then look no further.

I called this company as one of my close family has a mobility scooter. I found them understanding and listened carefully to me. I don’t really understand how these scooters work so it was a bit difficult trying to explain it. I never felt anything was too much trouble. The call out charge was fair at 20 and the whole job cost just 35. I had been concerned it would cost a lot more

I needed some batteries urgently for my mobility scooter as they ones I had just gave up on me. I called a few high street companies and was told by some that because I didn’t buy my scooter from them they wouldn’t help me. I was somewhat dismayed at this! I thought that leading retailers would be more helpful. I then called this company and they went out of their way to help me, even to the point of working late to get the batteries to me and fit them. Thank you for being so helpful and getting me moving again.
