The service provided by Karen Scott and her team at the Active Business Centre is first class. The reception and message forwarding is highly professional and client friendly. The building and grounds are beautiful and inside the premises are clean, tidy and welcoming - giving clients and tenants a first class experience. I cannot recommend the service highly enough. Attended an event here, it's not particularly well signposted, actually drove past it twice. Very limited spaces for parking. The interior is very nice, room used for the meeting was nice.

This is a stunning meeting venue with lovely helpful staff. A really lovely location set in gorgeous grounds practically in the centre of Bury St Edmunds.

Completed two days IT training at this great location. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The sandwich lunch was perfect and endless tea and coffee! Wi-Fi worked perfectly, always a plus with IT training and loads of car parking spaces. Projector etc., provided worked very well. I’d use them again when next in the area.
