Sadly, I have had a very poor experience today. After a 2 hour round trip for a pre-arranged appointment to experience a specific hifi set up which had been told would be 'no problem', I arrived to be asked if I had come for something else, then told that they didn't have the unit I specifically arranged to have a demo with and nothing had been set up. All it would have taken was a phone call to let me know. Not exactly what I would call good customer service and this is one customer who won't be coming back or recommending you.

Had an great customer experience with Acoustica. Their expertise on all things Naim was impressive. Ultimately didn’t end up buying the equipment I was originally set on but given the level of service and customer commitment I received from them I will no doubt be making future purchases here and can thoroughly recommend.
I have been a loyal customer of Acoustic since 1996 because the proprietor Geoff and his staff have a genuine passion and deep knowledge of high-end hifi. They just want you as the customer to enjoy helping you on options, in a professional and friendly manner advising objectively on equipment selections and within your budget spend. Great product range. Lovely demo room. No beating experience!! I'm currently upgrading my Naim set up third time round and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. They offer part- ex trade ins against new equipment which I've found to be highly valuable to take away the pain of selling yourself. Unreservedly recommended.
The guy selling the products is so friendly, nice to get along with. Knowledgeable..
Nice people to deal with - with free delivery provided on a turntable I wanted as they did not have it in stock on the day (and I was not buying one of their footballer salary priced systems - much as I would like to). They even gave me a tip re an excellent local \vinyl dealer\ on the way out !
