Was really good when it came to helping sort out our first home and we are so happy with our home thank you staff was very nice and helpful and held our hand all the way through the proses and went out of their way for us thank you the only down fall was open times due to working 8:30 - 4-30 Monday to Friday we had to put holidays in at work to make the time before they shut but was worth it in the end thank you again
I was really interested in a property but couldn't view because they were waiting for the keys. Was reassured I'd be called once they got them so they could show me round. Next thing I see a few days later the property was \Let Agreed\ Shocking
I've been with Acorn many many years now and I recently had a problem that they actually sorted! The staff are lovely and talkative and they come out to check the house every 6 months. They usually write everything down but do nothing. Lol But with my recent issue they were swift and had it all sorted within a week. They aren't all bad. :')
