Started off great. Promised the world. Things started going wrong when it took over a week to get the hire car to us. Our car was written off by a third party and they were found to be at fault. They requested Co part collect the vehicle and over a week later, they've still not collected it despite telling us to wait in for the last two days between 9am and 5pm as \someone is on their way\ - and to top it off we start getting threatening text messages saying we will be charged for the hire vehicle for any delays. When I try to ring Co Part, they tell me I need to take it up with the insurer, who tell me I need to take it up with Co Part, who tell me I need to take it up with the insurer. And when I try to raise a complaint, they just transfer us to Co part who tell us we need to take it up with the insurer. And when we ring back, they hang up on us the moment we've given the reference number or car registration number! Shocking service, not worth the money. We're now considering legal action to recover the costs of the service which hasn't been delivered.

Please please think twice before you take up insurance with this company As a fully comb with curtesy car when I had my accident they failed to provide both as well as breakdown cover not even an apology due to “Covid” i will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman for their negligence DONT TAKE ANY INSURANCE WITH THEM THEY ARE BROAD DAY LIGHT THIEVES.

Maybe I just had bad luck or misread some clause in the contract but this has to be without doubt the worst insurance company I've ever been with. Premiums that went up with no claims? I actually moved my I insurance to an identical car to my previous car.... I mean same year, model etc... and my policy jumped by 20 a month..... safe to say I've taken my no claims and am now paying a quarter of what they were asking. My only crime is having stayed with them so long. Shocking company.
