Yesterday I recieved an early birthday gift from my friend. I came home to find the most beautiful floral display and chocolates I was delighted. They followed the \any deliveries instruction \, I have on front door so left safely. If I need a florist in the future I would not hesitate to use them. First class! I live very close and will pay a visit to get ideas for the future.

I visited this florist late this afternoon half an hour before closing time . I am leaving tomorrow for my wedding and I had ordered some flowers from a different florist for the mothers gifts. The flowers had arrived and were appalling cut short and tiny bouquets but had been very expensive. I was so upset and quickly ran to Ackroyds to see if anything could be salvaged as I was considering not giving anything they were so embarrassing. I knew it was a long shot but was suprised when she said she could help and could do it immediately. She doubled the sizes of the bouquets and actually made them beautiful adding her own flowers and now im really excited to give then to my mother and mother in law. Absolutely fabulous customer service and gorgeous flowers I will never again go anywhere else.
