Ach an Eas

My dad was a resident in Ach an Eas until passing away at the home. Our family spent a lot of time visiting and all four of us agreed that the care offered was exceptional and genuine. We saw staff interact with lots of the residents with a variety of different needs and only saw a compassionate and patient approach from every single member of staff without any exceptions. We all observed staff going \above and beyond\ to ensure residents' comfort and dignity on multiple occasions. Staff all also showed us appropriate, geniune, professional support as a family during dad's last few days. Prior to dad going into a care home, I viewed the idea of care homes with some sense of dread. Ach an Eas's staff overcame this and I can't imagine a more special group of people. It is a great shame to see a 1- star review for the home: I hope my review will help anyone overcome any apprehension associated with that review when considering Ach an Eas as a home for themself or a loved one.
