These are my new go to opticians,, I'd recommend them to anyone. I love my new glasses and they are really affordable. I had an issue with my prescription (which I got from a different optician) and they replaced my glasses free of charge. Helpful, friendly and reasonably priced.

I went to the shop with a detached branch to repair but the staff told me they couldn’t repair anything that doesn’t come from their store ! I didn’t need a spare part - as I still have the screw with me, just 2 minutes of your time and a screwdriver, but that was too much asking... you may have your reason but I will definitely don’t come back again the day I will have something to buy ️
Pretty dismal experience. ‘Greeted’ by the optician who asked me if I was the first appointment, I replied I don’t know but my name is... then during the eye test I pointed out that the equipment was hurting my neck which delivered the response ‘don’t worry we are nearly done’. Thanks for the eye test but I won’t be back.
Amazing service! So happy with my new frames! Everyone working there is really nice and happy to advice on amazing selection of beautiful frames! And very reasonably priced!!
