Absolutely fantastic. She stayed open for us. Lovely lady that was there. Would highly recommend going as she does service washes too. Made a stressful day, fun again. Can't thank you enough.
I am fron Italy and I have recently started working in Uk. I have been to this laudromat this morning and the lady there told me 'in 45 minutes you will have your laundry all clean'. After 45 minutes, my laundry was not clean. She had it washed without soap and stated it was my fault because I didnt tell her to use it. All this in a very rude way, considering my English is not super fluent and I am not familiar with how laudromat work here in the Uk. I had to go to another laundromat where they were super nice and asked me about how I wanted my clothes to be washed (with soap of course! - it should not even be specified). I will never go back to this place. Extremely rude.
