Thank you for all your help When I attended my sessions with Richard. I found him to be very caring, kind and a charming person. I was actually initially not expecting much from hypnotherapy, but Richard put me at ease from the very first moment and reassured me that things will get better. He explained all about hypnotherapy. What we were going to do, and how it all worked. After just three sessions, Richard helped me relax more and be completely comfortable in certain situations. I feel really confident now. I feel so full of life and I am smiling once again. Thank you, Richard, for all your help, and do recommend him.

I have been having really bad panic attacks over the last few years. It seemed to happen every time I went on a train or bus. I have been out of work for a while due to that fact I could not travel up to London for my then job. I unfortunately got made redundant from my job in London. I believe that my fear of traveling on trains and buses contributed towards the fact I was chosen for redundancy. I had not been able to get a job local and was really suffering with going out and traveling. Thanks to Richard and he understanding and patience. We worked through all of this and after a few sessions with Richard. I overcome my fear of traveling on trains and buses and have not had a panic attack since. Its a god send that I no longer have this issue. Many thanks to Richard for all his help. I would recommend him without doubt Thanks again Karen
