I went in to get a motorcycle key made. I went straight to the counter and asked if they can make a key and was told they were too busy to do that for me. Jan 2, 2021 12:00 noon. No one was on the line but they were too busy. Considering there are 2 major hardware stores 1.5 miles away, you would think they would take better care of their customers instead of saying they are, \Too busy\. I will stick to Lowes and Home Depot from now on.
I would love to support this store! I could spend hours looking at all the goodies, some hard to find items. Always very welcoming staff! Just not in the budget right now ️
