Absolutely amazing inspectors! Dale, Julian and team did a wonderful job. Their service and communication is phenomenal. They only use the best equipment and give a really nice detailed report. Dale was AMAZING! He did an inspection for the home were are purchasing. He and Julian were both very friendly and SO thorough. He really took the time look through the whole home. And did a wonderful job explaining everything, not just checking it. We will definitely refer friends and family.
Our inspector, Dale Raines, was an absolute professional with great knowledge, experience, and a friendly disposition. He was very thorough and pointed out any and everything we needed to know or be aware of. He explained things very well for those of us who are not engineers, which we truly appreciated. He gave us his recommendations and was even kind enough to share little things like where to go get supplies around town, since we are unfamiliar with the area. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection. I’m sure his other services he provides are great too.
