I'd give zero stars if I could for the receptionists working there. Unhelpful! Rude! Hang up the phone. Worst service ever! Same in person and over the phone...disgusting!!!

Lovely group of nurses and admin team run this show. From my broken toe to my manky insect bites, they’ll deal with it. Credit to you guys. Keep up the great work.
Thus is no longer a drop medical centre for sick people. I Went today, told it’s only a minor injuries centre now, and has been since June 2018? Would be great if that was updated on line ( 7 months later?) to inform the general public too. This would Save sick people wasting their time going there. Nearest place is in Burnley or Blackburn. Hope this helps others who needed to see a Dr .
A very good surgery, mainly because of Dr Sohail, I have lived here for a long time and have never seen such a kind and caring doctor.
The receptionist is so grumpy and has no manners. She takes everything so personal. E.g. I was chasing up a referral for my son and she was like I dont know, you never spoke to me about it. Also, never smiles.
