Bought a Ford Fiesta last week, dealt with Kieron who was excellent. Purchased using the delivery service as we live 150 miles away and obviously can't travel due to lockdown but my son was adamant he wanted that car! The service was excellent, Kieron was informative and the delivery service was no problem. The car was exactly as described and I have one happy Son.

Bought a Ford focus last week using 'click and collect' and traded in my old car. Dealt with Keiron who was fab! most of the transaction was done over the phone with a smooth handover of keys and paperwork on the collection date. Car is great... would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Whilst all was good at the selling stage there was one MASSIVE drawback. I was told my car had sat nav and only needed an sd card. I borrowed a ford one from a friend it would'nt activate. I used a generic one still nowt. I went back and asked if they could get it going. They said it is'nt fitted and would need a techno geek to do it. One lead off amazon for 24.95 download the software from laptop and there it is. WHY LIE !!!
