This company made a new lid for a box for me yesterday June 12th. It was for an item which is very dear to my husband and, as he is in hospital, I wanted to surprise him with it when he got home. The manager and staff were kindness itself, did a beautiful job very quickly, then when I offered to pay, wouldn't let me. My darling husband has terminal cancer and we only got the confirmation yesterday so of all the days when I needed someone, it lifted me. The staff and management are wonderful, I will recommend them to anyone/everyone. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. JEAN SOUTH
