Would highly highly recommend Acclaimed mortgage consultancy. We were first time buyers who didn’t know where to start. Sandy was so thorough in what would be the best mortgage for us, and during the time when certain LTV mortgages were being pulled from the market on a daily basis. Sandy achieved the near impossible, we had an offer accepted on a house and on that day Sandy secured us a mortgage in principle and got onto our application, even helped us find a solicitor for our purchase. There was always great communication. She was always honest about our situation, our deposit and was realistic with expectations.
